Rare Unique Storage Seating Bench Ottoman Antique Furniture Kilim Fabric Grey Black Burgundy Paint

This is an antique piece which has been cleaned up, sanded, painted in dark grey paint with details in black and burgundy.
The seat has been refurbished and reupholstered using a strong striped kilim fabric.
The seat opens up to reveal a spacious storage area, ideal to store shoes, books, toys, blankets, depending to where is placed.
The hinges and chain being changed with new while the handles to dummy draws are the originals ones but being polished.
This is an heavy piece that would easily accomodate 2 people on the seat, rendering it an ideal spare space for seating, either near an entrance, window or near a table or just an occasional seat in a sitting room.
